FREE Shipping for all orders unless otherwise stated.

DELIVERY TIME
Average delivery times to Amman: 1 - 2 Business days.
Average delivery times to other regions: 2 - 3 Business days.
Please allow One business days for your order to be processed.
We aim to handle all orders with utmost urgency to ensure you get your jewelry as quickly as possible. If we have a high amount of orders, it may take a little longer for your order to be processed.
While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc), that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; the delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping company.

RETURNS
We offer a return policy after direct inspection.
If for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the unused product in its original condition, with tags, and in its original packaging, as long as you contact us after immediate inspection of the product.
Because deliveries are an additional cost to us, and we only provide it as a service to our customers, in case return, we sorry that you pay 2 JD for delivery.

CHANGE OR CANCEL AN ORDER
We’re sorry that it’s not possible to make changes to your order once you’ve placed it, this is because we use an automated system that instantly sends your order to our fulfillment center.

FAULTY, DAMAGED, OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
