RETURNS
We offer a return policy after direct inspection.
If for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the unused product in its original condition, with tags, and in its original packaging, as long as you contact us after immediate inspection of the product.
Because deliveries are an additional cost to us, and we only provide it as a service to our customers, in case return, we sorry that you pay 2 JD for delivery.

CHANGE OR CANCEL AN ORDER
We’re sorry that it’s not possible to make changes to your order once you’ve placed it, this is because we use an automated system that instantly sends your order to our fulfillment center.
FAULTY, DAMAGED, OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
Apologies if any of the products arrive damaged due to mail service mistreatment. If this happens to you, please contact us at: info@crownolive.com, and we will rectify the problem.
